THIS not-for-profit website is over 600 pages and designed to provide hundreds of references to proof and evidence, beyond criticism, that The Holy Bible is true and the inspired Word of the One God, The Father. |
MUCH evidence includes: Science, Archeology, plus Mathematics, History and Fulfilled Bible Prophecy, confirmed Witnesses to the Miracles of Jesus, including His Arising From the Grave in 3 days, as He fortold, after His crucifixion and proven death, plus much more! Hundreds of links are included on this Home Page and in the Index Plus Site Map. |
ALSO, it is to show that Jesus is The Son of God and He was sent to provide a way of Salvation to all that repent of their inherent since and believe that Jesus is our Savior.
JESUS is both fully human and fully divine, and as God, The Son, became human in the form of Jesus The Christ. He was God incarnate. As the fulfillment of prophesy in the Old Testament and throughout the Bible, He was born from a chosen young virgin named Mary in Bethlehem and from Nazareth. He voluntarily paid for our sins and was struck and punished in our place.
|
9 What shall we conclude then? Do we have any advantage? Not at all! For we have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under the power of sin. 10 As it is written:
" There is no one righteous, not even one; 11 there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks God.
12 All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one.” - Romans 3: 9 -12

IT'S all hard to believe, but a logical person, without alternative motives, or a closed mind, must be able to explore and choose the truth.

MANY unbelievers misunderstand by thinking that The Bible is just a 'Fairytale' or 'Fable' and that Christians are just weak and following blindly. But, in reality, the opposite is true!
AND, although, Jesus blesses those who accept in Faith alone, He has given us more than enough information to prove truth to the biggest skeptic if they are open to learning.
WE are sharing an abundance of 'guidance', _ 'referrals', _ and _ 'references' in this site. See Chart in PART II of this Home Page that lists many, with links, even including '29 of the many fields of scientific research that point to Creation by Intelligent Design.' ( GoTo >) .

THERE are many reasons that people won't or don't believe in The Holy Bible. Sometimes, they are influenced by the false information on The Internet and Dark Web. This gives confusion to those that don't explore truth for themselves.
NOW AI tech is posed to make it worse. Plus, their family and friends may not believe. They may have been brought up in a different Religion or Belief. They may be in fear of their life or social life because of government, local beliefs and rules. The Bible gives clear prophecy that this will happen at the End Times.
ALSO, the school system has taken God out of education and they each evolution as a fact - which it is not! The result is the total deterioration of families, and the children are out of control. College-aged youth have professors that are athiests and are influened or even 'brainwashed'.
OR, they are too busy to think about it to explore for the truth and about more information. Or, they have a closed mind. Satan may have temporarily taken over their soul. Plus, there are many more reasons. See Article: Why do so many people struggle with a lack of faith? by GotQuestions.org
WHY School Teachers and Professors don't defend Christianity - even when they might actually be individual Christians themselves. The school system has evolved from original beliefs in Socialism, Marxism, and even Communism, plus The Theory of Evolution.
The 'powers above' are strong and have many millionaires and several political influencers behind them. Teachers can be demoted, shunned, or even fired if they go against the system. Sometimes, it's only that teachers are just people, and very overworked plus too busy to deal with it. See Tab Page: Why God Was Taken Out of Public Schools.
FOR those that need to explore more, there is a wealth of proof and evidence. Yes, 'The Mathematical Indication of a Real Adam and Eve' _ and even_ 'Noah's Ark' _ can be explained believably as you will learn on this site.
ALSO, there is much more information. See Tab Pages: The People of The Bible, _ Books of The Bible, _ Fulfilled Bible Prophecies, _ Important Events in The Bible, _ End Times Prophecy & Revelation, _ and God's Divine Eternal Plan.
WE have attempted in this website to briefly condense the most important information and proof in one place with an abundance of references, links, referrals, and many commentaries, paintings, and charts. This should give motivation to be open to more exploration in learning. See Tab Page: 29 Sciences that Affirm Creation.
ICR (Institute for Creation Research): Their Commentary on the Proof: "Can we 'prove' — using empirical science alone — exactly how God created the heavens and the earth? Not a chance.... We can only rejoice when God allows us to uncover evidence that demonstrates that the Bible is absolutely trustworthy — something that we must hold on to no matter what." No other belief comes close!
FOR more facts and evidence on Creation Science, See Tab Pages: Creation - In The Beginning _ plus access the link to the free ICR Acts & Facts Magazine, which includes archives online.
IF a person can be 'open' to at least the real 'Possibility' of a different viewpoint, that's a great start to wanting to being informed. What if it's true? There is an 'urgency' to give the desire to be 'saved' - just in case it is true that God's Word in The Holy Bible states. Which it is!
WE don't know how much time we have left. Our souls live forever, the only choice is 'location'. Eternity is a Long Time to Be Wrong! See Tab Pages: The Human Body: DNA, Atoms, & Uniqueness _ plus What Happens After Death
UNTIL we die and face God ourselves on the Judgment Day, as mere humans, we are not able to understand the spiritual things, and there's no point in trying. We have more evidence than we need. There has to be just one Truth!
THE sciences show that Intelligent Design is the only likely scenerio for Creation. See Tab Pages: What is Truth? _ and The Laws of Logic, _ The Probability of Chance, _ Inductive Reasoning, _ plus Creation Science vs. Theory of Evolution, _ Mathematical Indication of a Real Adam & Eve, _ Noah's Ark Discussed, _ The Red Sea Parting, and much more.

WE cannot fully understand what being 'saved' is unless we also understand what we are saved from. We are saved from the consequences of our sins, which is hell for eternity. God's Word says there is no one that is good - not one. We are all inherit sinners and can't earn our way the presence of God in Heaven. There is only one way. See Tab Pages: A Real Heaven _ and _ A Real Hell
Jesus Warns of Offenses
Jesus said, 43 "If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched — 44 where
‘Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched.’
45 And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame, rather than having two feet, to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched— 46 where
‘Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched.’
47 And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire— 48 where
‘Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched.’
49 “For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. 50 Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.”
_ Mark 9:43- 50 (NKJ)
|
|
This statement by Jesus, of course, was an 'example' of how important this is. He didn't want you to actually cut off your hand or pluck out your eye. Examples are how people learned in ancient times. It was with the true knowledge of a real hell that Jesus lovingly called people to repent of their sins and to trust him as Lord and Savior. Our souls never die, it's really about eternal location. See Tab Page: What Happens After Death.

Preface
BELOW is an example of a Short Salvation Prayer! A Longer Prayer is included later on this Home Page (GoTo>) and in Tab Page: Jesus Gift and A Salvation Prayer. You can just put it in your own words as long as you are sincere. See Tab Page: The Lords' Prayer. (GoTo>)
AFTER the initial review, if you're sincerely ready to learn more, See Tab Pages: First Step: Understand the Need, and The Next Step.
THEN if you still want to learn more first, See Tab Pages: God, The Father, _ Jesus The Son, _ The Holy Spirit, _ The Trinity - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, _ Satan: The Great Deceiver, _ A Real Spiritual Warfare, _ Judgment Day, _ A Real Heaven, _ A Real Hell, _ Real Spiritual Warfare _ and _ Index Plus Site Map
BEING saved and a Christian doesn't mean you will have an easy life. There likely will be even more challenges and disappointments as you are still a human that is growing. Satan still roams the earth for now and there will be evil until the End Times when Jesus will return. It's all Biblical Prophecy.
HOWEVER, having a personal and intimate 'relationship' with God, and wanting to please Him, will be most important now. He will always be with you and knows your innermost soul, and heart.
|
|
THE Purpose for 'A Salvation Prayer' is because we are all sinners to different extents – large and small. The Scriptures say that everyone is a sinner after the fall of man, and no one is good enough or can earn a place in Heaven. Even baptism is a symbol of your belief and obedience, but baptism alone won't get you to heaven.
TO be saved, you should humbly realize and repent, plus admit you are a sinner and sincerely ask forgiveness for your sin. And that you believe Jesus is the Son of God and is your Savior that died on the cross to pay for your sins. Jesus said He is the only way to Salvation.
Jesus said: “ I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know me by my Father as well. From now on, you do know Him and have seen Him.” _ John 14:6-7
|
|
THE previous Salvation Prayer is just an example and it expresses the desire to transfer trust to Christ alone for eternal salvation. He paid our debt - past, present, and future! It is done, but we have to accept and receive it. If its words speak of your own heart’s desire, praying them can be the link that will connect you to God. You can also put it in your own words. See Tab Page: First Step: Understand the Need
GOD knows your heart, so don't just say the words and continue to live the way you always have done. So be certain to be sincere when your pray!
BE sure you truly are saved as you now want to start to live your life the way Jesus would approve. You will never be alone again. You will fail as you are still human, but it will get easier over time. Your desires for sinful things will change. Jesus came down into the world to experience being human so He understands the temptations we go through. He was sinless because He was still God incarnate, but he experienced all and yet overcame.
WE all are sinners while on earth and we all fail, but God knows when you are sincerely trying. As you grow in Christ, this is called Sanctification. We are human and will never be perfect until we are in heaven with God.
JESUS was the only perfect Human as He was God Incarnate, God/Man. (God come down as Man.) He is our example and our Savior who voluntarily died on the cross and whose blood covers our sin. That's why He was sent.
IN ancient times, the Jewish people were told in the Old Testament to give a blood sacrifice from a 'perfect' lamb to cover their sins. This was setting up the example of a coming Savior, Jesus, whose blood covers all the sins of believers. Jesus is the perfect 'Lamb of God' that is a sacrifice for us.
THERE is a lot to know to Solidify your Bible Beliefs, but so little you really need to do to be truly Saved. It will be the best 2 minutes you've ever spent!

Dear God,
I know I am a sinner. I want to turn from my sins, and I ask for Your forgiveness.
I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe He died for my sins and that You raised Him to life.
I want Him to come into my heart and to take control of my life.
I want to trust Jesus as my Savior and follow Him as my Lord from this day forward.
In Jesus' Name. _ Amen.

A Longer Example of A Salvation Prayer |
|
~ A Salvation Prayer ~ |
Dear Lord God,
I know that I am a sinner and there is nothing that I can do to save myself.
I confess my complete helplessness to forgive my own sins or to work my way to heaven.
At this moment, I trust Christ Jesus alone as the One who bore my sins when He died on the cross.
I believe that He did all that will ever be necessary for me to stand in your holy presence.
I thank you that Christ was raised from the dead as a guarantee of my own resurrection.
As best as I can, I now transfer my trust to Him.
I am grateful that He has promised to receive me despite my many sins and failures. Father, I take you at Your word.
I thank you that I can face death now that you are my Savior.
Thank you for the assurance that you will walk with me through the deep valley.
Thank you for hearing this prayer.
In Jesus’ name, Amen

WHAT does Being Born Again mean? It means when you repent for your past sins, want to change, and sincerely give your life to God and Believe in Jesus as The Son of God . Then you have received Salvation. You will become a 'New Person'. This may not happen right away as it's usually a slow process called 'Sanctification' over time.
YOU will soon start to 'Change in Nature' like a Butterfly coming out of it's cocoon. However you will still have 'Free Will' but you won't have as much of the 'Desire' for your past Sins. Eventually you won't desire sin at all. See Tab Page: Grow in Sanctification
WE are all a work in progress!
ALL Humans are Sinners. No one is good enough to be with God in Heaven on their own merit. If you belong to a religious group, go to church, give donations, wear religious jewelry, are born into a certain family, pray, and help others, study the Bible, or memorize scripture, etc., you still 'can't' earn your way by yourself.
EVEN Satan knows the scriptures. There are good works that come after being saved, but Jesus is the only way to be saved in the first place. If there was any other way, Jesus died for nothing. It is God's Word. You can't earn you way. See Tab Page: What is A Sinner?
|
|
|
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.” 4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”
5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’
8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.” _ John 3:3-8
|
|
|
ONCE you have received Salvation, you will slowly change. It is called being 'Born Again'. Your past sinful desires will diminish and you will grow closer to God and a more Christlike person in God's eyes. This is called growing in Sanctification, which is conversion and transformation of your heart, mind, and soul by God's Grace and the help of The Holy Spirit that God will send you for guidance.
Jesus said: “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me. 27 And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning." _ John 15:26-27 |
|
BEING baptized by water doesn't give salvation, but it's something that God has said to do to show obedience and to show the you can go under and come up to be a new person. Jesus Himself was also baptized by John the Baptist at the beginning of His three-year ministry.
|
THE Holy Spirit is the 3rd Person of The Trinity. Simply put, the Bible declares that the Holy Spirit is God. The Bible also tells us that the Holy Spirit is a divine person, a being with a mind, emotions, and a will. God comforts us in many ways: through the wonderful promises of His Word, through fellow believers, and of course through The Holy Spirit’s indwelling.
AND The Spirit is our Comforter, and He is so much more: our Guide, Encourager and Helper. He is always present to bring comfort to the children of God (Psalm 34:18; _ 139:7–8). See Tab Pages: About The Holy Spirit and_ About The Trinity _ and an Article from the website GotQuestions.org _ Who is The Holy Spirit _ and _ What Is The Trinity
THE reason Holy Spirit is called the 'Comforter' in some English translations of the Bible. Jesus stated He would send another 'paraclete' (John 14:16), meaning that He Himself had served as a paraclete during His earthly ministry.
USED only by the apostle John in his gospel and first epistle, the word paraclete refers to the Holy Spirit _John 14:16, 26; 15:26; and 16:7 and, in one instance, for Jesus _ 1 John 2:1.
FOR each case, the word can be translated as “Helper,” “Counselor,” “Comforter,” or “Advocate.” He had been the One guiding the disciples, but now He would send The Holy Spirit as their Guide and Counselor and Comforter.
Jesus said: “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be c in you."
18 "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live.
20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.” _ John 14:15-21
|
|
IN context, Jesus is comforting the eleven faithful disciples during the Last Supper, telling them not to be afraid and promising that their sorrow would turn to joy _ John 14:1; 16:21.
HE would be leaving them, but another Helper or Comforter would be on the way—God would send the Holy Spirit _ Luke 24:49. When the word paraclete is used of Jesus in_ 1 John 2:1, translations are nearly unanimous in using the word advocate. Jesus is our intercessor before the Father.

WE saw the example of the 2 criminals, on the crosses on either side of Jesus at crucifixion about importance of repentance and belief. One of the criminals repented and believed in Jesus as God. He said, Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. Jesus answered and said He would see him today in paradise. The other criminal mocked and didn't repent. It's never too late and there wasn't time for baptism._ Luke 23:30-43
DON'T worry, being born again won't be anything drastic and everyone is different. It's usually a slow process of change. So do not be afraid, just believe. God is not going to force anyone to follow Him and you have complete freedom of choice. There's nothing to fear! See Tab Pages: First Step: Understand The Need _ and _ The Next Step
TRUE repentance is seen - not just heard! God knows our heart! If you don't see any real difference in your life, it would be a good idea to redo your original Repentance and Salvation Prayer in case your heart wasn't right the first time. Also, it’s always important to ask forgiveness daily and thank God in your morning and evening prayers anyway.
|
|
|
EVEN Jesus was baptized by John The Baptist in obedience to His Father before He started His 3-year ministry.
THEN "The Holy Spirit descended on Him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven; 'You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.'"_ Luke 3:22
|
BEING Baptized does 'not' give Salvation but, because The Lord said this should be done, we are obedient to Glorify God. See Tab Page: Baptism - A Glorifcation to God.
|
AN example of Baptism illustrates a believer’s identification with Christ’s death, burial, and His resurrection. Most Christian Churches believe in complete immersion in water for people that are able.
Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life. _ Romans 6:3-4
|
|
THE action of being immersed in the water pictures the concept of dying and being buried with Christ. The action of coming out of the water illustrates the idea of Christ’s resurrection.
FOR Babies and Children are dedicated to The Lord, usually publicly in a church along with their parent(s) for their protection and upbringing, they are not baptized because baptism requires understanding of the meaning.
AS a result, baptism by immersion is the only method of baptism which illustrates being buried with Christ and being raised with Him. Baptism by the sprinkling and/or pouring came into practice as a result of the unbiblical practice of infant baptism. See Article: What is the proper mode of baptism? by GotQuestions.org
|
THE Lord has left only two ordinances for the church, the Lord’s Table and Baptism. We teach much about the Lord’s Table because we come to the Lord’s Table for Communion and we speak of its meaning very often. Baptism declares that you are a follower of Jesus Christ. See Article: Understanding Baptism by John MacArthur
IT is a public confession of your faith in, and commitment to, Jesus Christ. It is the next step after salvation through repentance and faith and is an important foundation for Christian life. See Article: What is the biblical understanding of baptism? by GotQuestions.org

THE many thousands of bible scholars, and others, have studied The Holy Bible for a lifetime and still haven't learned all there is to know. God has provided information for all types of human research and curiosity for discussion. The basics are all we need. See Chart Below, with links that shows 29 of the Sciences that confirm the Truth of The Holy Bible Account for Creation. (GoTo>) Also, See Tab Page: 29 Sciences that Affirm Creation.
MANY skeptics, over hundreds of years, have tried to prove the Bible wrong, yet with no avail. In fact, an abundance of them have become believers themselves after research. The Bible is truly the inerrant true Word of God. Just the fulfulled prophecies, not even mentioning Creation Science evidence, is overwhelming proof!
|
THE word Christian is a person that believes in and follows Jesus The Christ as The Savior and Son of God. It stands for 'Little' Christ'. And belief in the Holy Bible as being the Inspired Word of God both Old Testament and New Testament is the base.
GOD chose select People and Prophets to write what He told them through Spirit revelation. They didn't understand much of what they wrote at the time, but Fulfilled Prophecy has come to pass and we can now see. No one has been able to prove the Hol Bible false although many have spent centuries trying.
BELIEFS of Christians are based upoin the infallable and inherant Words of God in The Holy Bible. The Bible has never been proven srong - although many have tried over hundreds of years.
MOST of the Prophecies have now been fulfilled, and those in the future can be seen coming soon. To simplify, this is also confirmed by: History, First-hand Witnesses of those that walked with Jesus, Archeology, plus many thousands of years of research and much more. See Tab Page: Basic Christian Doctrine
THE birth of Jesus was prophesied long before it happened. He is the Son of God and was sent from Heaven to be born part human so he could experience and relate to our pains, challenges, and joys. His mother had to be a virgin so He would remain perfect and sinless. And, most importantly, He would pay the debt for our sins as our Savior in our place. God, in His wisdom knows we can never be good enough for Heaven ourselves. See Tab Page: 47 Old Testament Prophecies of the coming Messiah.
YET, Jesus was also God Incarnate. See Tab Pages: Jesus in every Book of the Bible _and_ Fulfilled Bible Prophecies,_ plus _ Prophecies Fulfilled by Jesus, _ Witnesses that Walked with Jesus After Resurrection, _ and new evidence on_ The Shroud of Turin, and more.
ALSO, God has stated that He has the Old Covenant promise with the Land of Israel, through Abraham, in the Old Testament times (The Abrahamic Covenant) that can't be broken. As Christians, we are under the New Covenant. See Tab Page: The Ten Commandments
|
|
THERE are very few Rules given to us by our Lord for guidance. 'The Ten Commandments' were given by God in ancient times to Moses to share with the people of Israel, who were wandering in the desert for 40 years, looking for the Promise Land. They were under 'The Old Covenant' with God, also following their Torah, and were told to sacrifice a perfect lamb, or animal, to atone for their inborn sins. See Tab Page: The Ten Commandments
THE only Unforgivable Sin is the Denial of The Holy Spirit. Without The Holy Spirit, you won't have the desire to be with God. You may not have a second chance as God has said He could blind the spiritual eyes (of the mind) of unbelievers. However, God is love and may give second chances. Many of the Followers of God were once criminals in their past before enlightenment and repentance. _ Mark 3:28-29, _ Matthew 12:30-32, 36-37, _ Luke 12:10
EVEN King David's sin of murder and adultery was high. But he repentented daily and sincerely asked for mercy. God forgave him along with others. While David was still a shepherd boy, God saw that he was a man after His own heart.
"After removing Saul, He made David their king. God testified in spirit concerning him: ‘I have found David son of Jesse, a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.’ " _ Acts 13:22. |
|
YET God's Word states that they were forgiven as God knew their heart and their repentance was real. See Article: GotQuestions.org 'What is the unpardonable sin / or unforgivable sin?'_ and_ Psalm 32
|
"The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. 31 The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” _ Mark 12:29-31 |

THE Jewish people were following The Jewish version of Old Testament, especially on the first 5 Books (The Pentateuch) including The Torah which gives 613 Laws to follow. They also follow the Talmud. The Jewish Bible is known in Hebrew as the Tanakh, an acronym of the three sets of books which comprise it: the Pentateuch (Torah), the Prophets (Nevi'im) and the Writings (Ketuvim). See Tab Page: About The Jewish Religion.
NO human could keep all of those 613 man designed Laws of The Torah. This is why Jesus was sent to be a sacrifice for us in our place so it would be finished for all who follow Him, who sincerely repent, and believe in Him as The Son of God and Messiah, Our Savior. See Tab Page: What Happens to Those Who Haven't Heard of Jesus?
AND a Protestant Christian version of The Old Testament doesn't include The 613 Torah Laws. It does contain the 1st Five Books including the rest of the 39 Books of the Old Testament plus the 27 Books of The New Testament: Totaling 66 Books of the complete Holy Bible - Word of God. * See Tab Page: About The Holy Bible - Word of God.
ONE Catholic version contains extra books and teachings. See Tab Page: About The Catholic Religion. It's important that the Bible Books have been carefully authenticated and accepted by the Bible Scholars. Some Books, not included in The Bible, are still important for study and learning.
An Important Preface
MANY people wrongly think that the Bible has been revised so many times that it's not what originally was God inspired and written. Therefore, many don't believe in the Bible as inerrant and holy.
THE truth is that, if you study history, The Holy Bible has be carefully translated from Greek and Hebrew down to the exact wording and meaning. It was originally on scrolls written by pen and ink. A very simplified understanding is that different 'acceptable' translations are writen to say the same words in a different local language, such as English, and a more understandable terminology for modern times.
THE many missionaries travel the globe to translate tribal languages into a Bible they can read and understand. That is not to mention that there are always people that write some unacceptable books and have beliefs that are not from God. It's important to take care in what you read and believe as Satan is the Great Deceiver. That also doesn't mean there aren't important books and articles for self-help and for inspiration. You just must be selective and careful.
THE writers still have kept the same meaning and are carefully translated word-by-word and has not been corrupted over time. See Articles: Has The Text of The Bible Been Accurately Preserved? on the website AlwaysBeRead.com _ plus _ Is The Bible Truly Gods Word? _ and _ Why should I Trust the Bible? _ by GotQuestions.org. _ also Article _ Crash-course in Bible history: How the Bible came to be _ on website BaptistNews.com _ and _ See Tab Page: History of the Bible
THE Protestant Bible has 66 books. The Catholic Bible has 73 books. The Ethiopic Bible has 84 books. The Ethiopian and Eritrean Orthodox Churches use a Bible that has 82 books. The British Museum has an Ethiopic Bible that contains 84 books. This doesn't really affect the main truth as God inspired.
LIKELY this includes two books that are not considered 'canonical' by the Ethiopian and Eritrean Orthodox Churches, just as many Protestant editions of the Bible include the seven extra books accepted by the Catholic Church, but categorized as “apocrypha.”
SO the Protestant edition of the Bible is the shortest, and the Ethiopian/Eritrean Orthodox version is the longest. The 'missing' books are all available to the public.
SOME King James Versions of The Protestant Bible has 80 books. They include a section entitled Apocrypha which contains the seven books included in the Catholic Bible but considered unbiblical by the Protestants scholars.
THE Catholic Bibles have extra chapters in the books of Esther and Daniel, and each of these extra chapters is counted as an additional apocryphal book. The Book of Baruch is treated as canonical by the Catholic Church but apocryphal by Protestants, and the last chapter is treated as a separate book in the Apocrypha. See Tab Page: World Religions, Faiths, and Beliefs
“And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”_ Revelation 22:18-19. *
|
|
* THE careful reading of the words makes it clear that likely the warning against adding to or taking away does not exactly refer to the whole Bible or even to the New Testament, but to use John's words, only to the words of 'the book of this prophecy.' That is, the prophecy contained in the 'Book of Revelation'.
BUT although the warning in Revelation 22:18-19 is likely specific to the Book of Revelation, the principle applies to the entire revealed Word of God, especially to anyone who seeks to intentionally distort God’s Word.
MOSES gave a similar warning in the book of Deuteronomy 4:1-2, where he cautioned the Israelites that they must listen to and obey the commandments of the Lord, neither adding to nor taking away from His revealed Word. Proverbs 30:5-6 contains a similar admonition to anyone who would add to God’s words: he will be rebuked and proven to be a liar. We must be careful to handle the Bible with care and reverence so as to not distort its message. See Article: GotQuestions.org

GOD doesn't want robots and has given us independent 'choice' or 'free will'. He wants us to Love Him and willingly desire to please Him, not to be forced. That's is why there are still wicked people in the world that are easily influenced by Satan. It's part of God's eternal devine plan. It can only take less than two minutes for a salvation prayer, and there's nothing to lose!
THE Holy Bible speaks of and alludes to Jesus in all books of both the Old Testament before He was born, and New Testament after birth and resurrection. It's all about Jesus!
IN ancient days, the Jewish people were under commandment by God to attone for their sins by sacrificing the blood of their best most perfect Lamb, or animal. See Tab Pages: 47 Old Testament Prophecies of the Coming Messiah - Jesus, _ and _ Jesus In Every Book of The Bible.
THIS was to prepare for the coming of Jesus as the replacement sacrifice for all sin past, present and future in God The Father's eternal devine plan. Jesus is called 'The Lamb of God' as He was the perfect man and blood sacrifice as God/Man.
JOHN The Baptist's birth was a miracle from God. It wasn't a virgin birth, but it was given to Elizabeth, who was the maternal Aunt of virgin Mary, and to Zechariah who were very old and beyond ability of having children.
“There was a man sent from God whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.”_ John 1:6
|
|
THIS is a description of John the Baptist who is a forerunner of Jesus; he is a prophet of Jesus; and he is a witness to the light of Jesus. He is orientating the Jewish people, in particular, towards Jesus in preparation for his coming. See Tab Page: The Story of Elizabeth and Zechariah
AN Angel appeared to the priest Zechariah to let him know that Elizabeth, his wife, would give birth. He did not believe the angel so he was stricken with not being able to speak until after the birth. Elizabeth was also told and she was humble and she believed.
SINCE Elizabeth was the maternal aunt to virgin Mary, it made John The Baptist Jesus' cousin. The biblical account is from Luke who was a Physician. See The Song of Zechariah in Luke 1:67-80 _ and_ See Tab Page: Importance that the Bible includes ancentry lines .
THE Historical evidence is important, especially from the line of people in geneology leading to Jesus's birth. The 'Book of Genesis' records the descendants of Adam and Eve. The enumerated genealogy in _ Genesis 4, _ 5, _ 10, _ 11, reports the lineal male descent to Abraham, including the age at which each patriarch fathered his named son and the number of years he lived thereafter.
FOR the Genealogy of Jesus the Messiah: A record of the origin of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham begins: Abraham begot Isaac..." and continues on until "... Jacob begot Joseph, the husband of Virgin Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ. _ Matthew 1:1-17
"In the time of Herod king of Judea there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. 6 Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. 7 But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old.
8 Once when Zechariah’s division was on duty and he was serving as priest before God, 9 he was chosen by lot, according to the custom of the priesthood, to go into the temple of the Lord and burn incense. 10 And when the time for the burning of incense came, all the assembled worshipers were praying outside.
11 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense. 12 When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. 13 But the angel said to him: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John. 14 He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, 15 for he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born.
16 He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God. 17 And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous—to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”
18 Zechariah asked the angel, “How can I be sure of this? I am an old man and my wife is well along in years.”
19 The angel said to him, “I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this good news. 20 And now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens, because you did not believe my words, which will come true at their appointed time.”
21 Meanwhile, the people were waiting for Zechariah and wondering why he stayed so long in the temple. 22 When he came out, he could not speak to them. They realized he had seen a vision in the temple, for he kept making signs to them but remained unable to speak.
23 When his time of service was completed, he returned home. 24 After this his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion. 25 “The Lord has done this for me,” she said. “In these days he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace among the people.”

"The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! 30 This is the one I meant when I said, ‘A man who comes after me has surpassed me because He was before me.’ 31 I myself did not know Him, but the reason I came baptizing with water was that He might be revealed to Israel.” _ John 1:29-31

~ JESUS, THE PERFECT LAMB OF GOD AS A SCRIFICE FOR ATONEMENT ~
JESUS willingly sacrificed Himself once and for all for us to assure this. See Tab Page: Assurance of Salvation. Jesus is love and, by God The Father's Word, forgives those that repent and desire to follow and be with Him for eternity.

~ Jesus Came to Serve - Not Be Served ~
MANY Christian Believers that are 'Saved' still sin as it's part of the human condition on this earth. We are all are a work in progress. Some people are stronger than others, yet we will always be sinners as Jesus was the only perfect man. God's Word says you can't lose your eternal Salvation! See Article: Is once saved, always saved biblical? from GotQuestions.org
JESUS was sent as The Messiah and Savior, and we are all under the 'New Covenant' with God because Jesus atoned for our sins. We still have the guidance of The Ten Commandments, which helps us to understand what is expected. For more information and guidance: See Tab Pages: Sermon On The Mount _ and_ 37 of The Parables of Jesus, _ plus _ Important Biblical Events
AFTER the birth of Jesus, The Son of God, He had 3 years of formal ministry and evangelism. When the time came, at about age 30, He gathered His disciples and followers to help spread the good news of Salvation and openly revealed who He was (God Incarnate). Jesus affirmed the 'Ten Commandments' and accented that: The most important is Love!
|
|
THE Birth, Ministry, Death, Resurrection and the Ascension of Jesus has been studied the most because Jesus was shown to be God Incarnate. Just the many eyewitnesses of His close disciples and friends who were with Him for 3 years, plus the 40 days He walked amoung the many after His resurrection, and the over 500 who saw Him ascend to heaven.
IT was beyond reproach and should be enough to believe. Yet, the many hundreds of miracles and the fulfilled prophecies of Jesus were also beyond chance and probability. No othef religion or belief has this much evidence.
THE History of Christianity also needs to be studied to really understand what was happening in those time as many critics take things our of context. For example, what really happened in The Crusades? Evil is in the world and will reign until Jesus comes back and the full devine plan of God is finalized. See Tab Page: The History of Christianity
~ The Virgin Mary Visited By An Angel ~ |
IN God's divine wisdom, He appointed His Son, the Lord Jesus, as our Savior to be born in Bethlehem to a chosen young Jewish woman named Mary. It was a Miracle as she was still a virgin and as was the norm likely about fourteen years of age.
SHE was betrothed to a man names Joseph and they lived in Nazarethe, a town in Galilee, Israel It was the opposite of what the holy men expected, as they believed the Messiah would come as a warrior and King. But He came as a regular man to a humble family. It is God's way to have a personal relationship with us.
BEFORE their marriage, Mary was visited by the Angel Gabriel in person, to reveal that she has been chosen to bear the son of God, The Savior, and to name Him Jesus. She believed and was honored and she was humbled.
THE Angel also came to her betrothed Joseph in a vivid dream about the miracle of Jesus' birth. So he was convinced, beyong doubt, that she had not been with a man. And that they were to call His name Jesus who would be the Savior of the world. He told Joseph to marry her, as planned and raise Jesus as his son -- which he did.
"In the sixth month of Elizabeth’s pregnancy, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, 27 to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary.
28 The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.”
29 Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. 30 But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. 31 You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus.
32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.”
34 “How will this be,” Mary asked the angel, “since I am a virgin?”
35 The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.
36 Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be unable to conceive is in her sixth month. 37 For no word from God will ever fail.”
38 “I am the Lord’s servant,” Mary answered. “May your word to me be fulfilled.” Then the angel left her. _ Luke 1:26-38

THE Bible, Word of God, states that an Angel of The Lord revealed to Joseph of Nazareth that his betrothed Mary was still a virgin and with child from The Holy Spirit. And they shall call his name Jesus, which means The Lord Saves. [ And named Immanuel which means, God with us.]
UPON the first coming of Jesus was to die to save His people. Hence the name Jesus - The Lord Saves. His second coming is to live and rule on this planet amongst His people, hence Immanuel, God with us. It's not unusual to have more than one name. Joseph believed the angel and married Mary but did not lay with her until after the birth of Jesus.
~ Joseph of Nazareth Visited By An Angel ~ |
|
"This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about : His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. 19 Because Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet he did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.
20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”
22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”(which means “God with us”).
24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25 But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus." _ Matthew 1:18-25
Note: Jesus Christ, Messiah (Hebrew), and Christ (Greek) both mean Anointed One.

"Every year Jesus’ parents went to Jerusalem for the Festival of the Passover. 42 When he was twelve years old, they went up to the festival, according to the custom.
43 After the festival was over, while his parents were returning home, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but they were unaware of it. 44 Thinking he was in their company, they traveled on for a day. Then they began looking for him among their relatives and friends.
45 When they did not find him, they went back to Jerusalem to look for him. 46 After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions.
47 Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers. 48 When his parents saw him, they were astonished. His mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.”
49 “Why were you searching for me?” He asked, “Didn’t you know I had to be in my Father’s house?”
50 But they did not understand what he was saying to them. 51 Then He went down to Nazareth with them and was obedient to them. But his mother treasured all these things in her heart. 52 And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man._ Luke 2:41–52

WHEN Jesus was in his 30's He started his 3-year formal evangelism ministry and chose the original 12 Disciples. They walked with Him learned from His teaching and witnessed His hundreds of Miracles and fulfilled prophecies. Many more joined Him and were witnesses.
~ JESUS TEACHING HIS DISCIPLES ~ |
JESUS taught his disciples, saying, “Listen to me. Never let anxiety enter your hearts. Never worry about any of your needs, such as food or clothing. For your life is infinitely more than just the food you eat or the clothing you wear.
" Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go.
17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." _ Matthew 28:16-20

~ The Sermon on The Mount ~
THIS most important of Jesus' sermons was given on a mountain to 5,000 or even possibly 20,000 local residents (if you also include women and children) that came long distances to see Him . It is called 'The Sermon On The Mount'. The first part is positive and called 'The Beatitudes' which lists the 'Blessings.'
BEFORE, Jesus had performed a miracle when He was teaching the multitudes that had followed Him. He saw they were hungry and fed over 5,000 from just 2 loaves of bread and 5 fish. He did this again to even more people on The Sermon On The Mount. See Tab Page: The Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes
THE rest of the Sermon On The Mount goes into depth about many subjects to give guidance and learn what God expects. See Tab Pages: The Sermon on The Mount and also 32 of The Parables of Jesus for more direction and teaching.

JESUS performed many miracles in his short 3-year formal ministry. Most were witnessed by His Disciples and many others, but not recorded. A total of 39 of Jesus' major Miracles were recorded in The four Gospels, including raising from the dead of two people. See Tab Page: Recorded Miracles of Jesus which lists the 39 recorded miracles and articles about Jesus' miracles.
JESUS withheld showing too many miracles to other than His followers until it was His time. A Total of 39 of Jesus' Miracles were Recorded in The Gospels
THE Apostle John writes, "Now there are also many other things that Jesus did. Were every one of them to be written, I suppose that the world itself could not contain the books that would be written." _ John 21:25.
THE Apostle John himself highlights seven miracle signs he recorded in the Gospel of John. Christ's resurrection would be the eighth. There are miracles which are unique to John (turning water into wine, healing the nobleman's son, healing the man at Bethesda, opening the eyes of the blind man, raising Lazarus from the dead, Peter's second miracle catch of fish).
Apostle John Testifies to Jesus' Miracles
"This is the disciple who testifies to these things and who wrote them down. We know that his testimony is true.
25 Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written." _ John 21:24-25

THE feeding of the five thousand, with a few small fish and 7 loaves of bread recorded in _ Matthew 14:13–21, is probably the most well known of all of Jesus’ miracles. It is the only one recorded by all four of the gospel writers (see _ Mark 6:30–44; _ Luke 9:10–19; _ John 6:1–14).
They All Ate and Were Satisfied
"They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. 21 The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children." _ Matthew 14:20-21 |

LATER Jesus summoned together his twelve apostles and imparted to them authority, for a time, over every demon and the power to heal every disease. Then he commissioned them to proclaim God's kingdom and to heal the sick to demonstrate that the kingdom had arrived.
Jesus Gave Power to His Disciples to Heal
"When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, 2 and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. 3 He told them: “Take nothing for the journey—no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt.
4 Whatever house you enter, stay there until you leave that town. 5 If people do not welcome you, leave their town and shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them.” 6 So they set out and went from village to village, proclaiming the good news and healing people everywhere."_ Luke 9:1-6

Jesus Responded to The Unbelievers
Then Jesus cried out, “Whoever believes in me does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. 45 The one who looks at me is seeing the one who sent me. 46 I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness."
47 “If anyone hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge that person. For I did not come to judge the world, but to save the world. 48 There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; the very words I have spoken will condemn them at the last day."
49 "For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken. 50 I know that his command leads to eternal life. So whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.” _ John 12:44 -50

JESUS didn't reveal that He was God incarnate until the right time. Because of this, He knew he would be killed by the leaders and blamed for blasphemy which is why He came as our blameless perfect scrafice for our sins. It wasn't time yet. See Tab Page: The Trial of Jesus.
|
“Some men came, bringing to Him a paralyzed man, carried by four of them. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralyzed man, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” 6 Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves, 7 “Why does this fellow talk like that? He’s blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”
8 Jesus answered: “Why are you thinking these things? 9 Which is easier: to say to this paralyzed man, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, take your mat and walk’? 10 But I want you to know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins.”
10 So He said to the man, 11 “I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home.” 12 He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. _ Mark 2:3--12
Jesus also said to them: "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I Am" _ John 8:58
Jesus said: “I and the Father are one". _ John 10:29-33
|
|
SO, because of these statements, Jesus was accused of blasphomy for saying He was as God and could forgive sins. Even though they had all seen His miracles, they later arrested, mocked, beat, flogged, tortured, and tried Him.
BEFORE Jesus was crucified, He finally unveiled many times that He is equal to God The Father. (He was God incarnate). This is why He was arrested and crucified for blasphemy, which He knew would happen.
JESUS also referred to Himself as 'The Son of Man'. In the gospels, Jesus often refers to Himself as the Son of Man (e.g., Matthew 16:27; Mark 14:21; Luke 7:34; John 3:13).
HIS use of this title links Him to Daniel 7:13–14, a passage describing the coming Messiah: “There before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven.
HE was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.”
THE teachers of the Law during Jesus’ time on earth would have readily understood Jesus’ meaning when He applied the title Son of Man to Himself. Jesus’ use of the phrase points to His exalted state as a person of the Godhead, and the fact that He will fulfill Daniel’s prophecy.
|
"When they came together in Galilee, He said to them, “The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men. 23 They will kill him, and on the third day he will be raised to life.” And the disciples were filled with grief._ Matthew 17:22-23

JESUS was heavily beaten and then crucified on a Tree as the Bible said would happen. This was also prophesied before crucifixion was ever used or heard of. _ Isaiah 53
IF we look at the intricacy of the drama of the events of Jesus' crucifixion, we see that some amazing things took place so the Old Testament Prophetic utterances were fulfilled to the minutest detail. See Article: The Crucifixion and Old Testament Prophecy by R.C. Sproul

TO prove He was actually dead, He was speared and blood ran out until drained. He was wrapped and annointed by His Disciples in Burial Cloth. He was buried in a Cave with the heavy stone rolled in front of the opening as was tradition. Many Roman Guards were assigned to watch and make sure no one was able to enter.
AFTER three days, the guards were scared away and, as He predicted, Angels rolled away the stone and He arose from death and walked out of the gave in His new heavenly body which was different but still recognizeable.
HIS unwrapped burial clothes were left behind. He could have walked through the stone, as He did later through a wall to the disciples in the upper room, but it was important for His followers to see the emtpy tomb. See Tab Pages: The Shroud of Turin and Theories to Try to Deny The Resurrection

"After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.
2 There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it.
3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. 4 The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.
5 The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.
6 He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. 7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”
8 So the women hurried away from the tomb, afraid yet filled with joy, and ran to tell his disciples. 9 Suddenly Jesus met them. “Greetings,” He said. They came to him, clasped his feet and worshiped him.
10 Then Jesus said to them, “Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brothers to go to Galilee; there they will see me.”

"While the women were on their way, some of the guards went into the city and reported to the chief priests everything that had happened.
12 When the chief priests had met with the elders and devised a plan, they gave the soldiers a large sum of money,
13 telling them, “You are to say, ‘His disciples came during the night and stole him away while we were asleep.’ 14 If this report gets to the governor, we will satisfy him and keep you out of trouble.”
15 So the soldiers took the money and did as they were instructed. And this story has been widely circulated among the Jews to this very day"_ Matthew 28:1-15

X ~ CROWN OF THORNES ~ |
HE was first seen by the women Mary Magdalene and the other sisters as they came to worship Him. Then by Peter, John, the remaining members of the Eleven, Mary mother of James, Salome, Cleopas, and his companion. See Tab Page: The Resurrection of Jesus from the Tomb
ALSO, the accounts from The Apostles and followers of Jesus are to be believed because they witnessed everything when they walked with Him, from before and after His death on the cross and His resurrection.
THERE are many scholarly commentaries written on the many reasons for why the theory of the carrying away of the body of Jesus was not believable. Just the Guards watching over the grave should be enough. But the heavy stone, not just rolled away, but thrown across the road couldn't have been done by His friends. The stone rolled over the tomb's entrance have been estimated to weigh 1-2 tons. Plus, He was in a nice grave, donated by a friend, so they wouldn't have wanted to move Him. See Tab Page: Discussions on The Empty Tomb.
MOST importantly, it wouldn't make sense for a wrapped and anointed body to be unwrapped and carried away naked after three days of death. The burial wrappings were left behind as though He arose in a new spiritual body with new heavenly garments. He could have walked through the walls, as He did later in the upper room in front of the disciples, but the Angels wanted it open for all to see. See Tab Page: The Shroud of Turin
THEN over 500 people witnessed Jesus' ascension into Heaven after He was resurreced and walked amoung them for 40 days after 3 days death in the grave.

PAUL states that many people were still alive, as they recalled the past, when they witnessed Jesus firsthand and could recall the events. Eyewitnesses of Jesus' Resurrection
Apostle Paul (Formerly Saul) stated: "For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, 5 and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the Twelve.
6 After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep.
7 Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, 8 and last of all he appeared to me also, as to one abnormally born" _ 1 Corinthians 15:3-8

~ St. Paul's Encounter with Jesus after His Resurrection~
Saint Pauls's Conversion
"Meanwhile, Saul was still breathing out murderous threats against the Lord’s disciples. He went to the high priest 2 and asked him for letters to the synagogues in Damascus, so that if he found any there who belonged to the Way, whether men or women, he might take them as prisoners to Jerusalem.
3 As he neared Damascus on his journey, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. 4 He fell to the ground and heard a voice say to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?” 5 “Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” He replied. 6 “Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”
7 The men traveling with Saul stood there speechless; they heard the sound but did not see anyone.
8 Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could see nothing. So they led him by the hand into Damascus. 9 For three days he was blind, and did not eat or drink anything.
10 In Damascus there was a disciple named Ananias. The Lord called to him in a vision, “Ananias!” “Yes, Lord,” he answered.
11 The Lord told him, “Go to the house of Judas on Straight Street and ask for a man from Tarsus named Saul, for he is praying.
12 In a vision he has seen a man named Ananias come and place his hands on him to restore his sight.”
13 “Lord,” Ananias answered, “I have heard many reports about this man and all the harm he has done to your holy people in Jerusalem.
14 And he has come here with authority from the chief priests to arrest all who call on your name.”
15 But the Lord said to Ananias, “Go! This man is my chosen instrument to proclaim my name to the Gentiles and their kings and to the people of Israel. 16 I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.”
17 Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord—Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here—has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit."
18 Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes, and he could see again. He got up and was baptized, 19 and after taking some food, he regained his strength."_ Acts 9:1-19

The Return of Jesus in The End Times

The Gospel is Veiled to Some
|
"Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. 2 Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God."
3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. 4 The God of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
5 For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake.
6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” a made His light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ." _ 2 Corinthians 4:1-6

~ What Happens After We Die ~ |
THERE is still evil allowed in the world as is God's Devine Plan. Satan - The Great Deceiver is still alive on earth for now and he works hard gathering the souls of those he can catch. End Times Revelation explains what will happen to him, his demons, and followers . When we die, we will be aware of where we are for eternity - with God or apart from Him. See Tab Pages: What Happens After Death, The Human Body: DNA and Atoms, plus The Great White Throne Judgment
~ SATAN - THE GREAT DECEIVER ~
FOR one biblical example, see one parable of Jesus: The Rich Man and The Beggar. The Good News is About The 4 Gospels which is in The New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. They walked with Jesus for His 3 Year's Ministry. They share that Jesus has covered your past, present, and future sins if you sincerely 'repent', 'ask forgiveness', 'believe in faith', and 'accept His sacrifice for you'. God Knows Our Heart!'
~ The Parable of the Rich Man in Hell ~
The Parable of The Rich Man In Hell and Lazarus The Begger
|
Jesus taught: "One day the beggar (Lazarus) died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s side. And the rich man also died and was buried. 23 In Hades, where he was in torment, he (the rich man) looked up and saw Abraham from afar, with Lazarus by his side. And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 So he cried out, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me and send Lazarus to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue. For I am in agony in this fire. 25 But Abraham answered, ‘Child, remember that during your lifetime you received your good things, while Lazarus received bad things. But now he is comforted here, while you are in agony.
26 And besides all this, a great chasm has been fixed between us and you, so that even those who wish cannot cross from here to you, nor can anyone cross from there to us." _ Luke 16:22-26

~ Judgment Day ~
JESUS was sent by God The Father from Heaven to willingly die and cover our sins with His blood, and took our punishment for us. The reference of Jesus is in every book of the Bible - both Old and New Testament. This is by God's Grace and His Eternal Devine Plan.
~ The Great White Throne Judgment ~
The Judgment of the Dead
"Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from His presence, and there was no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.
13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. 14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire." _ Revelation 20:11-15

AS promised Jesus sends His Believers The Holy Spirit to Guide, Protect, and Comfort us in the meantime until Jesus returns. We can feel it! There is a lot to know, but very little needed to receive Salvation. Again, See Tab Page: 47 Old Testament Prophecies of the Coming Messiah - Jesus
|
THERE is a real Real Heaven and a real Real Hell. Our unique devinely created souls don't die - it's just where we spend eternity that is our concern. Heaven won't be boring and the Bible mentions how different people will have assignments to serve. There will be love, joy, worship, and no more death, pain or sin. See Tab Page: The Human Body: DNA and Atoms
THE most important knowledge is to review and learn the overwhelming evidence for the Truth of The Holy Bible so you can believe what God's Word says. It's also only the only answer that makes logical and scientific sense. See Tab Page: Creation Science vs. Evolution Theory.
IF God could create such a beautiful and diverse earth, surely Heaven will be better. Also, The Bible gives us a preview. Some will earn 'crowns' and 'rewards' for their extraordinary life on earth and given special duties in leadership. We will have purpose and special work to do but there won't be any more tribulation. There will be just joy, worship, and love with no more pain or death. See Tab Page: Crowns and Rewards in Heaven vs. Punishment in Hell for Eternity.
ON the other side, the Bible says we will be judged on our deeds which means that punishment in Hell will be based upon the bad things we have done and even thoughts we have had on earth, even if we didn't act on them - without ultimate repentance and belief in Jesus.
JUST awareness of being away from God for eternity will be enough. The Lord wants all to be saved and come to Him, but most won't be. Since God is a fair Judge, we can know this will be true. Something to think about!
|
|
THERE is not a place called 'purgatory' where you can clean up your sins after death as some religions teach. This is only wishful thinking and feel-good theory, but it's not Biblical. The Bible states: "Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, You die once and then Judgment." _ Hebrews 9:27
AGAIN, just knowing you are apart from God for Eternity will be enough of a punishment. See website GotQuestion.org for the article: Why will there be weeping and gnashing of teeth in hell? from_ Matthew 8:12.
AS people will be judged on their good deeds, people will be judged on their bad deeds. Not many will enter Heaven though by their free choice. Jesus said: “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it"_ Matthew 7: 13 - 14

~ The End Times Revelation ~ |
JOHN the Revelator (John of Patmos) is the traditional author of the Book of Revelation, the final book of the New Testament. Most Christian scholars believe that John of Patmos was also John the Apostle who traveled with Jesus during his ministry. Decades later as a much older man, John of Patmos took heat from the Roman government for preaching and was exiled to the island of Patmos, Greece. For more information: See Tab Page: Apostle John
NOTE: In the Book of Revelation, last book of The NewTestament, God gives a warning: Do not add or take away from this Book.
|
|
|
Do Not Add or Take Away From This Book |
"I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll. 19 And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll." _ Revelation 22:18 - 19

LIKE it was, in the forming of our Universe by Intelligent Design, there can be only One Truth and One True God. We are all born with the desire for meaning and for a god and a supernatural savior. This is why there are so many religions, but there can be only one truth because we can see the various gods and beliefs are all so 'completely different'. Not all roads lead to Heaven! The true and only Lord God is revealed in Scripture, beyond reproach, and His Son Jesus, The Christ, has already come as our Savior and Messiah. Again, See Tab Page: What Happens To Those Who Have Never Heard of Jesus? |
God Wants All To Be Saved
"This is good and pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who wants everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6 who gave Himself as a ransom for all—the testimony that was given at just the right time."_ 1 Timothy 2:3-6
|
|
WHILE the Jewish People are chosen and favored by God, most are still waiting for their Savior or Messiah as described in their ancient Torah. Jesus was born into a modest Jewish family fromthe poor town of Nazareth in Israel. In His wisdom, God sent Jesus as a humble man. The Jewish people expected a Prince with greatness and fortune. See Article: at GotQuestions.org 'Why do most Jews reject Jesus as the Messiah?' and Tab Page: About The Jewish Religion
HOWEVER, many Jewish People have become Believers and there is a movement named Jews for Jesus among others. They call this being a Completed Jew. Paul The Apostle told the church that the spiritual blindness of Israel is a real “mystery” that had not previously been revealed. _ Romans 11:7-10
WHEN Jesus returns, He will come in power and great glory. All knees will bow. He will take His rightful place as King of heaven and earth. When Jesus comes back, He will establish His government on the earth. The Church will become part of that kingdom. He will rule all the people of the earth in peace for 1,000 years. Afterwards, Satan will still be gathering his followers before he is thrown into Hell for eternity and there will be a 'New Heaven and a New Earth' as God wanted in Paradise before the fall.

End Times - The Millennium
|
"And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. 2 He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. 3 He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.
4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They a had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years." _ Revelation 20:1-6

~ The Triumphant Return of Jesus in The End Times ~
~ BEHOLD HE COMES ~ by Artist Danny Hahlbohm
EVEN though the Jewish People disobeyed God and He scattered them for a time, He hasn’t abandoned them. In the end times, God's Word states there will be witnesses from all the tribes of Israel spreading the news of Jesus and Repentance before it’s too late. Many will get a last chance, but most will still be blinded to the truth. |
|
AGAIN, the purpose of this website is to give every individual an accurate picture of God, and Jesus, and The Holy Bible, and for those that don't believe yet, to give Reasons to Believe. 'Part I' of this Home Page is for people that are Skeptics, Atheists, Agnostics, the Biblically Uninformed, and those that have other Religions or Beliefs. And it's to give information in an easier way to learn with many resources for study so people aren't 'left behind' on Judgment Day. See Tab Pages: Judgment and Eternity. and also More Purposes for This Website.
IF a person is from another Religion or Belief, they can still keep their family heritage, customs and traditions as long as they don't go against the teachings of the one True God - which is easy. We are no longer under the 'Old Testament Laws' now that Jesus became our Sacrifice for us. We are all created by the one true God and are all equal, as an individual in His eyes, and He desires for all to come to Him as a person, not as a group.
|
AS a Brief Summary of The Beginning, God gave Paradise to Adam and Eve and only gave them one restriction (from His plan) to not eat of the apples on the tree of life, and they still sinned. So he gives 'choice' now, and allows fallen man. He sent Jesus to redeem all who will believe and allow God to help live a right life. We are only here on earth for a short time and Heaven is without evil. Hell is a place for unbelievers and for the evil.
SOME unbelievers are angry, or say they don't care, and many have no inner morals to guide them to know good from bad. If you reject God long enough and Denial of The Holy Spirit, which can be the unforgiveable sin and Satan can take over.
|
AGAIN, it's your choice as God won't force Himself on you. Just sincerely ask Him and He will guide you to belief. Not everyone will go to Heaven. God's Word says everyone is a Sinner to some extent and needs a Savior to atone (pay the debt) in their place. That's why God sent his Son Jesus, The Christ (which means The Anointed One and The Savior). God wishes for all to come to Him. See: 1 Timothy 2:4 .
BUT The Lord has to be an honest judge and has to be fair in His final judgment. God knows our heart! He has given an easy way to Repent and be Saved. We just must accept The Gift of Jesus. IT can only take five minutes. None of us know how long we have - before it's too late.
ONCE you receive Salvation, Jesus will send The Holy Spirit to reside in your heart and mind to guide and help you. Then you will find it very easy to believe because God is in you. You will slowly grow as a better person in God's eyes, which is called 'Sanctification'. The only unforgivable sin is the 'Denial of The Holy Spirit' because God may blind the eyes of your heart and mind, for your unbelief. You may or may not get a second chance!
|
GOD gave Paradise to Adam and Eve, with only one command to not eat from the Tree of Life, and they still sinned. This began The Fall of Mankind and Inherent Sin. He allows the choice of Sin as He wants us to obey out of Love. He doesn' want Robots. See Tab Page: Adam and Eve
THE Bible has all of the guidance we need to know what God expects of us. He sent Jesus to redeem all who will believe and allow God to help. We are only here a short time and Heaven is without evil. Hell is a place for unbelievers and for the evil. There is an abundance of information about the many proofs of Creation and Inteligent Design. SeeTab Page: Mathematical Indication for a Real Adam and Eve. There will be many related links on that page.
IN The Old Testment of The Holy Bible, God introduced The Ten Commandments and the concept of rules of conduct. The Jewish people were selected by God as a special people, and He gave them a Covenant Promise through Abraham. They were also commanded to give a blood sacrifice from their best perfect lamb or animal to atone for their sins.
AS a brief summary, in ancient times, about 2,000 years ago, God sent Jesus, His Son, The Christ, into the World to be born in Bethlehem to Mary and Joseph. Mary was a virgin and was told, by The Angel Gabriel, not to fear because her baby will be The Savior and to name Him Jesus. Joseph was also told in a dream so he would know that Mary did not have relations with another and it was a Miracle from God's Plan.
JESUS was sent as the Sacrifice for your sins in your place so you will be acceptable to God, The Father, in Heaven for eternity. Through His 3 1/2 year ministry, Jesus performed hundreds of miracles including curing people from disability and actually raising the dead to life.
HIS many followers, Disciples and Apostles saw these miracles and knew He was The Son of God, just as He said. Jesus knew his work and told them He would die and come back in 3 days. Jesus answered and said unto them, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days."_ John 2:19-21 He was referring to Himself, but they didn’t know at that time what He meant. He was crucified, died, and was buried and was resurrected in 3 days, just as He said.
THERE is no longer a need to offer the blood of a perfect lamb sacrifice, like in The Old Testament Laws. Jesus is the sinless and perfect Lamb of God who took our punishment for us, and we no longer have these Laws. He willingly gave His life on the Cross for us and He arose from the dead in 3 days, just as He foretold. He walked among the people for 40 days and ascended to heaven to meet His Father in front of over 300 witnesses. He promised to send a helper, The Holy Spirit, and would prepare a place for His believers in Heaven for Eternity.
|
AND we can't earn our way to heaven. It's only by sincerely admitting you are a sinner (like everyone else), repenting for your sins, accepting God's Grace, and having Faith that Jesus is your Savior. The Holy Bible is a guideline for how you should strive to live, and contains History and Prophecy for the future, so we know God's Plan. Jesus will come back for his believers. No one knows the date of time, but we are given the signs to watch for. Most of the prophecies have been met and we can see the others in the making.
WE are all uniquely created with our own DNA and there's no one else exactly like you. We are made of atoms. And atoms, even when broken down, are always here in some form. It doesn't matter if we die in a fire or in the ocean or are cremated. When we die, God can bring together our spiritual soul to be given a new heavenly body, like He did for Jesus.
HE is waiting and will reveal Himself to you in your soul when you sincerely ask. God knows your heart! He is not here to perform miracles for you, as that was already done, and He might not answer your prayers right away, but it is in His timing. He knows what's best and what you need right now. Yet, He will not deny helping you to believe in Faith and receive Salvation.
THERE is so much information available now to prove to you that there is only one belief that is true and backed up with so much evidence to convince you. Even the Creation of the Universe is backed up by Science, which was really unknown to the Prophets that were inspired by God to write the Scriptures of the Bible. We now can see that it all fits together.
|
THE Scriptures of The Holy Bible are the inerrant infallible Word of God, written by select Prophets and Apostles through direct Inpiration by God. "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God a may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." - 2 Timothy 3:16.
|
IT is to give every individual an accurate picture of God, and to help those who believe become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. It's to lead people to Salvation and to be Born Again through the Gift of Jesus. You can still keep your family and heritage traditions as long as you honor the One True God and through faith have accepted the Gift of Jesus and have truly humbly received Forgiveness and The Holy Spirit. Again, See Tab Page: First Step - Understand the Need.
MUCH basic information is provided on this Home Page as a brief outline. God has provided an abundance of proofs that can help us to believe through sincere faith and also with overwhelming evidence. It is not blind faith, as God will send The Holy Spirit to convict your heart. It may be instant or it may come over time, but you will grow in your faith if it is truly heartfelt.
THE moment you truly repented, humbled yourself, and accept Jesus, you will be saved. God knows your heart! You will be sent The Holy Spirt to reside in your soul. Then you will grow in God's presence through what is called Sanctification.

A Way That Seems Right
“There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.”_ Proverbs 16:25
“There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death.”_ Proverbs 16:25 |

THINGS are not always what they seem. The Book of Proverbs warns that we can be deceived into believing we are going down the right path and yet be heading toward death, the opposite direction from God’s will.
“People do not naturally seek God or pursue righteousness" _ Romans 3:10-18. |
|
ONLY as the Spirit awakens our hearts to the Person of Christ are we able to desire God’s will.
IF we make decisions apart from the guidance of the Spirit of God, we will be like a ship trying to sail without a compass.
BEFORE His ascension to Heaven, Jesus said to His Followers and Disciples:
X
Jesus said: “If you love me, keep my commands. 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be c in you. 18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.
19 Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”_ John 14:15-21

|
“We will do what makes the most sense, based on our own wisdom. But what looks attractive may actually lead to sin, ultimately destroying what is precious to us, for our most profound human thinking is mere foolishness to God”_ 1 Cor. 1:18-20.
“Only God knows the way that leads to life, and He wants to lead us to walk in it”._ Matt. 7:13-14.
Don’t assume every opportunity that arises is from God. “Satan will disguise himself as an “angel of light,” and his invitations will seem to be in your best interest.” _ 2 Cor. 11:14.
“Yet his way leads only to death”._ John 8:44.
“The word of God will be like a light to your path, guiding you in the ways of righteousness." _ Ps. 119:105.

“It can be perilous to follow a path that seems right without first consulting the Holy Spirit for guidance.” _ John 16:13. |

THERE can only be One Truth! We hope to show you why you can accept this as the best choice through faith or through study if needed. [See Tab Page: What Is Truth? ] We are here on this earth! So there has to be a true explaination.
ALL reasons are impossible to truly understand, as humans, whether you have been taught to believe in the 'Theory of Evolution', the 'Big Bang Theory', or in 'Creation' as detailed by God in The Bible. The universe is huge, it goes on forever, so there are too many questions for mere humans to comprehend right now, no matter what. We just need to follow God's Word or The Holy Bible and believe in Faith. If you are a Believer, you will be sent The Holy Spirit which will guide you and confirm the truth.
IF you haven't thoroughly read the introductory Important information at the top of this page, please review again. Here's one paragraph again. IF you don't yet believe in Jesus as the Son of the One True God, or don't believe in The Holy Bible as the inerrant Word of God, it's important to pause and consider these facts before it's too late. Faith is the key!
IT'S understandable for a person to not want to give up their cultural and family traditions if from another belief. Again, as long as it doesn't go against the word of God, it's acceptable to keep your heritage as long as you find the need.
THERE can only be one truth! All roads do not lead to the same destination or Heaven. Not all religions or beliefs are correct and they don't lead to the same God.
WE are here on earth and it's all hard to understand as we are mere mortals. Whether you believe in The Big Bang Theory, or Evolutionary Theory or Creation Science, there is just one truth. Just check the evidence!

IN The Holy Bible, this vast website, plus many reputable sources, you can solidify your beliefs 'later' by future study. There are so many proofs that you will have no doubts. Just all of the hundreds of the Biblical fulfilled prophesies should be enough. All you really need is Faith. If there is proof, then Faith doesn't mean as much to God.
THE Scriptures can be enough, and we can see future prophesies being set up just as written. Nothing in the Bible has ever been proven false although hundreds over the centuries have tried and dedicated their lives to doing so. Many have become Christian in the process of this process.
GOD'S Word in the Bible, and Jesus Himself, said all roads do not lead to God,! And the only way is to admit we are sinners, and to ask forgiveness through the belief in Jesus as The Son of God who died for our sins on the cross. Not through works can we earn it, but by Faith and the Grace of God. Everyone is a sinner and Jesus paid our penalty. The Scriptures are explained in detail in this site with hundreds of references.
THE Human Soul is made of Body and Spirit. The Soul continues after Death. Everything on earth is made up of tiny atoms and DNA. Like atoms, matter can transform but do not die. Our souls do not die and God connects our individual souls to our new resurrected body. Jesus was our example when He was raised from death after 3 days to a new body that was recognizable yet different.
WE will be aware of our Eternal destiny as Believers with God in Heaven, or for the Unbelievers, eternity away from God and in the place reserved for Unbelievers which is called Hell with Satan. It's not a great place to be. Rewards and Punishment will be given according to our deeds done while on earth. We are saved, not through works, but through our Salvation from The Gift of Jesus and Relationship with the One True God.

IT has been said that there are only two things that last: the Word of God Mark 13:31 and the souls of men. This is because, like God’s Word, the soul is an imperishable thing. That thought should be both sobering and awe-inspiring. Every person you meet is an eternal soul. Every human being who has ever lived is a soul, and all of those souls are still in existence somewhere. The question is, where.
THE souls that reject God’s love are condemned to pay for their own sin, eternally, in hell as there is no purgatory. "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in b Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 6:23. "But the souls who acknowledge their own sinfulness and accept God’s gracious gift of forgiveness, will live forever beside still waters with their Shepherd, wanting for nothing." - Psalm 23:2 [See also: What Is The Human Soul? ]
GOD has provided an abundance of proofs that can help us to believe through sincere faith. It is not blind faith as God will send The Holy Spirit to convict your heart. It may be instant or it may come over time, but you will grow in your faith if it is heartfelt. God knows our hearts.
THE Bible alone is instruction and information enough as it is inspired by God. Prophecy, History, plus the Sciences confirm the truth to those that are open through true faith. We can spend the rest of our lives studying Scriptures to reinforce our beliefs so we can share with others.

ntroduction nd Welcome
THE Christian Beliefs are based upon the infallable and inherant Words of God in The Holy Bible. The Bible has never been proved wrong - although many have tried over hundred of years. Most Prophecies have been fulfilled, and those in the future can be seen coming soon. To simplify, this is confirmed by: History Archeology First-hand Witnesses of those that walked with Jesus plus thousands of years of research and much more. See Tab Page: Basic Christian Doctrine.
GOD appointed His Son, the Lord Jesus, as our Savior to be born in Bethlehem to a selected young Jewish woman named Mary. It was a Miracle as she was still a virgin. The Angel Gabriel revealed it to Mary in person and to her betrothed Joseph. in a vivid dream, so he was convinced, beyond doubt, she had not been with a man. And that they were to call His name Jesus who would be the Savior of the World. He told Joseph to marry her as planned and raise Jesus as his son.
THE birth of Jesus was prophesied long before it happened. See Tab Page: 47 Old Testament Prophecies of coming Messiah. He is the Son of God and was sent from Heaven to be born part human so he could experience and relate to our pains, challenges, and joys. And, most importantly to pay the debt for our sins as our Savior. God, in His wisdom knows we can never be good enough for Heaven ourselves.
YET, Jesus was also God incarnate. See Tab Pages: Jesus in every book of the Bible and Prophecies in The Holy Bible, plus Fulfilled Prophecies of Jesus, Witnesses that Walked with Jesus, and New evidence on The Shroud Turin, and more.
ALSO, God has stated that He has the Old Covenant promise with the Land of Israel, through Abraham in the Old Testament times, that can't be broken. As Christians, we are under the New Covenant. See Tab Page: The Ten Commandments.
THE History of Christianity needs to be studied to really understand what was happening in those times as many critics take things out of context. What really happened in The Crusades. Most of the people were not true Christians even though they claimed to be. Evil is in this world and will reign until Jesus comes back and the full plan of God is finalized.

EVIL is real and everywhere in the world. God allows us to have choice as He doesn't want puppets. He wants our hearts to be sincere and repentant to accept The Gift of Jesus. Not all will go to heaven. In fact, the road is narrow. We can see the state of the world right now and prophecy is coming true.
MANY people believe in Satan but don't believe in God. That really doesn't make sense and shows a mind that is not deeply considering facts. God created Satan, The Great Deceiver, who was Lucifer a fallen angel that wanted to become a god himself and rule the world. The other fallen angels followed him. In His wisdom and eternal plan, God has temporally allowed Satan to rule this world. This will weed out the people who love darkness rather than light. God is still over Satan and watches and performs miracles to protect from Satan's power.
THE Bible, Word or God, explains in detal what happens to Satan in the end. God Wins and Satan is thrown into Hell for eternity with those who are his followers and with those that haven't received Jesus as their Savior. We can see the state of the world right now and prophesy is coming true.

We Don't Know How Much Time We Have! |
Holy Bible Video and Song |
The Lord's Prayer |
Website Preface |
THE Godhead is made up of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit commonly called The Trinity. Per The Bible, Lord Jesus actually created the Universe. It's impossible for us a mere humans to understand but someday we will. See Tab Page: The Trinity
GOD created the Universe, the Sky, The Sea, The Earth, Animals, Plants, and Man and put the first humans, Adam and Eve, in Paradise - The Garden of Eden. See scientific proofs by 'later' by going to the See Tab Page: Creation In The Beginning for further study.
EVEN the Mathematical Law of Population Growth shows that Adam and Eve could have lived just over 6,000 years ago, just as written. The Ark was detailed by God and has proven to be correct for the purpose. God sent animals 'of a kind', not all animals, and would have subdued them supernaturally. So even Noah's Ark was accurate for a world wide flood.
|
THE Theory of Evolution is just a belief with no real proof. Most of the past ideas have been falling apart lately with new scientific discoveries. Many Evolutionists don't want to believe in a God or they are too far into this belief to change. People and animals conform to their current surroundings by developing small changes, but there has never been proof of kinds changing to another kind. God sent animals to the ark by their type. Just one example is in Tab Page: Macroevolution vs. Microevolution.
THE Creation Science field has never been proven wrong although many have tried over hundreds of years. God's word in the Bible confirms what we have found.
MANY examples of The Evidence of God and Creation, besides the Testimony of Reliable Witnesses, are the studies of Evidence. (See Chart Posted Above in 'Part I' with Links to the Articles.)

THE Godhead is made up of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit commonly called The Trinity. Per The Bible, Lord Jesus actually created the Universe. It's impossible for us a mere humans to understand but someday we will.
BECAUSE man and woman sinned against God, all humans are now fallen and are sinners. None is acceptable to be with God in Heaven, not one. " for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" _ Romans 3:23
THERE is no way to buy or earn your way to heaven or to be born in a certain faith or status. There is no purgatory either. It is written in the Bible: "Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment." _ Hebrews 9:27
|
WE will all face God in Judgment someday. "Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire. "(Hell) _ Revelation 20:15 Since God is a Just God, He can't allow everyone to go to heaven. The Bible tells of different Rewards and Crowns in Heaven so it makes sense that punishment in Hell for Eternity would be based upon the individual but it doesn't say. The most evil would reside in the depths of Hell with Satan for sure. For others, just knowing you are away from the presence of almighty God for eternity, and you made a big mistake by not accepting the gift of Jesus while you could, would be punishment enough in Hell.
THERE is a real Hell or Lake of Fire. Those that deny Jesus will be turned away and spend eternity away from God. The Bible speaks strongly of Hell and the Lake of Fire. We also believe that, since the Bible talks of different Rewards and Crowns for believers, that likely there are different punishments in Hell. The evil will be punished more than the unbelievers. Just the realization of a separation from the true God for eternity is punishment enough. People will be aware that they are banned from God for eternity.
|
JESUS often taught in parables so people would understand. The Scriptures show we will be aware - whether in Heaven or Hell. One Parable: ' The Rich Man and Lazarus.'
~ Parable of The Rich Man and The Begger ~
Jesus explained: "One day the beggar (Lazarus) died and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s side.

|
GOD is Love and wishes that all will come to Him. So He sent His one and only beloved son, Jesus, to come unto the world as our Savior as Christ. He was God incarnatied in Human Form and born to a virgin in Bethlehem and became known to many. He walked among all and gathered many followers, and twelve were His close Disciples. He was the only perfect man and was an example for all.
JESUS taught the Scriptures and performed hundreds of miracles including bringing the dead to life and healing many. He showed Himself to be God and established a relationship with people to give us a closeness with God.
THE rulers and religious men were intimidated by Jesus and plotted to kill Him and to eventually tortured and crucified Him on a cross between two thieves. When He died, the skys went dark and the religious veil in the temple tore in half as a sign that the New Covenant from God is now here to replace the Old Covenant.
|
JESUS knew his purpose which was coming into the world and to die for our sins. As a perfect person, He took our punishment in our place. Before Jesus was born, God had the Jewish Believers sacrifice a perfect lamb as a blood offereing for forgiveness of their sins. This was to prepare the understanding that Jesus was now the perfect sacrifice for our sins. He was the Lamb of God. In Bible study, we see that Jesus is inferred in evey book of the Bible.
SO, in order to get to Heaven, we must believe that Jesus died for our sins, and we must sincerely repent our sins and accept His gift of Forgiveness. Jesus said: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." _ John 14:6
BY accepting Jesus' Gift, you will be Born Again as a new person in Christ. This may be a slow process, but slowly you will notice that you no longer desire the sinful things of the past. This process is called Sanctification.
|
GOD says He knew us before we we born. He knows who will come to Him or deny Him. He calls us to Him by His Grace. We are called by The Great Commission to go out into the world and to spread the good news of Jesus. "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” _ Matthew 28: 19-20 This is why Missionaries dedicate their lives to teaching about Jesus around the world in obedience.
BEING Baptized is something that God has said we should do. It is the act of being totally immersed in water, or sprinkled with water if you can't be immersed. You go down and come up as a new person in Christ. Even Jesus was Baptized by John The Baptist as an example. Just being Baptized won't get us to heaven, and it's not a requirement to go to heaven, but it's a symbolic sign that you are truly commited to being Born Again and that you believe in Christ Jesus as your Savior and are obedient. We know this because, on the Cross, one of the thieves (that hadn't been baptized) hung next to Jesus and asked for forgiveness and believed Jesus as God his saviour. Jesus said to the thief: "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.” _ Luke 23:43
|
Jesus said: "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." _ Jeremiah 29:13
Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” _ John 20:29
"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him." _ Hebrews 11:6
|
|
HOWEVER, it's important to consider believing by true desire and sincere faith and allow God, through The Holy Spirit to convict your heart of the truth right now if you are willing. There is no reason to wait as it can only take 5 minutes.
JESUS was pierced with a sword to make sure he was dead. He was taken off the cross and his mother and followers anointed Him, and He was wrapped tightely in burial cloth, per the custom, and was buried in a tomb with a tremendously heavy large cylinder shaped rock covering the opening.
TWO Soldiers were assigned to watch the tomb to make sure no one could access it. Angels rolled away the heavy rock to show that Jesus had risen from the dead and was no longer there. The wrappings that had been around Jesus were still there as He rose from them three days later into a new heavenly body with new Godly clothes. Just as Jesus told His followers, he would rise in 3 days, it happened.
|
,
JESUS took on a new but recognizable body and was seen by many. He walked and ate with them and could appear in a room without going through the door. He appeared to the masses for 40 days. This was to show us that this is how our bodies will be in heaven someday and to give us hope.
AFTER 40 days, He ascended into the clouds in front of over 500 to sit at the right hand of God. There were many witnesses from many different cities and that meet the requirements of truth. The Gospels of The New Testament were four of Jesus' closest Disciples: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John who recount their individual witness.
|
WHEN all of the Prophesies have been met, we are to watch for the signs. A great turmoil will take place on the earth. Jesus left as a Lamb but will come back as a Roaring Lion. "For the Lord (Jesus) himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words." - - 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
THE Antichrist (the beast) will come into power and will sign a covenant with Israel for seven years. This seven-year period of time is known as the 'Tribulation.' During the Tribulation, there will be terrible wars, famines, plagues, and natural disasters. God will be pouring out His wrath against sin, evil, and wickedness. The Tribulation will include the appearance of the four horsemen of the Apocalypse, and the seven seal, trumpet, and bowl judgments. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. "He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up a real abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him." - Daniel 9:27
|
ABOUT halfway through the seven years, the Antichrist will break the peace covenant with Israel and make war against it. The Antichrist will commit “the abomination of desolation” and set up an image of himself to be worshiped in the Jerusalem temple, which will have been rebuilt. The second half of the tribulation is known as “The Great Tribulation”. "Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness a is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4 He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God." _ 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4
JOHN the Apostle wrote: "After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. 10 And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb," 14 "And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb." _ Revelation 7: 9,14
ALSO, Apostle John continued: "It (the beast) also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, 17 so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name. 18 This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. That number is 666." _ Revelation 13:16-18
|
AT the end of the seven-year Tribulation, the Antichrist will launch a final attack on Jerusalem, culminating in the battle of Armageddon. Jesus Christ will return, destroy the Antichrist and his armies, and cast them into the lake of fire. Christ will then bind Satan in the Abyss for 1,000 years (so evil can't continue) and Jesus will rule His earthly kingdom for this thousand-year period. There will still be those that oppose Jesus and this is a period of cleasing the earth of evil.
"And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time. I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years." _ Revelation 20:1-6
THEN, at the end of the thousand years, Satan will be released to collect his followers, and is defeated again, and then cast into the lake of fire for eternity. Christ then judges all unbelievers at the Great White Throne Judgment, casting them all into the lake of fire. Christ will then usher in a new heaven and new earth and the New Jerusalem - the eternal dwelling place of believers. No more sin, or sorrow, or death. "Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth,a for the first heaven and earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. 2 I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying: “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man,and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God. 4‘He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more deathor mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away.” - Revelation 21:1 4

~ Ask and It Shall Be Given To You ~
Jesus said: “So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. 11 “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for f a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”_ Luke 11:9-13
Jesus answered: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”_ John 14:6-7
Jesus said: “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. 14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it._ Matthew 7:13-14
Philip said: “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.” 9 Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? 10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. 11 Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves." _ John 14:8-11
Jesus said: "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. 13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it."_ John 14:12-14
NOTE: God may not answer you right away if He has other plans for you, or if you are asking for things that are not of God's Word. He will answer in His time and it will be for your best. When you look back, you will see this. Even if you are going through hardships or lost someone you love, just trust in The Lord and give thanks for all things.

Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit:
“If you love me, keep my commands. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.” _ John 14:15-21

~ Saved in the Instant
of
Believing and Repentance ~
|
One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: “Aren’t you the Messiah? Save yourself and us!” 40 But the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? 41 We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.” 42 Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom." Jesus answered him: “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”__ Luke 23:39-43
NOTE: This example shows that you don't have to be baptised first to go to Heaven. Yet, we are to be baptised as God in His Word has requested this to show our belief and obedience. So do it as soon as you are able. |

About The Holy Bible
Is the Bible the Inspired Word of God?
During a question and answer session at a recent speaking engagement, a university student asked me, "Why do you believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God?"
Now this is a very interesting question, and probably one of the most important questions any Christian could ask themselves. What is so special, so unique about the Bible that Christians believe it is literally the inspired word of God?
In answering this student's question , I encouraged him to consider the following facts about the Bible. First, the Bible is not just one single book. This is a more common misconception than many people realize, especially with people who do not come from a Judeo-Christian background. Rather than being a single book, the Bible is actually a collection of 66 books, which is called the canon of scriptures. These 66 books contain a variety of genres: history, poetry, prophecy, wisdom literature, letters, and apocalyptic, just to name a few.
Second, these 66 books were written by 40 different authors. These authors came from a variety of backgrounds: shepherds, fishermen, doctors, kings, prophets, and others. And most of these authors never knew one another personally.
Third, these 66 books were written over a period of 1,500 years. Yet again, this is another reminder that many of these authors never knew or collaborated with one another in writing these books.
Fourth, the 66 books of the Bible were written in 3 different languages. In the Bible we have books that were written in the ancient languages of Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic; a reflection of the historical and cultural circumstances in which each of these books were written.
And finally, these 66 books were written on 3 different continents: Africa , Asia , and Europe . Once again, this is a testament to the varied historical and cultural circumstances of God's people.
Think about the above realities: 66 books, written by 40 different authors, over 1,500 years, in 3 different languages, on 3 different continents. What's more, this collection of books shares a common storyline - the creation, fall, and redemption of God's people; a common theme - God's universal love for all of humanity; and a common message - salvation is available to all who repent of their sins and commit to following God with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength.
In addition to sharing these commonalities, these 66 books of The Bible contain no historical errors or contradictions. God's word truly is an amazing collection of writings!
After I had shared the above facts with this student, I offered him the following challenge. "If you do not believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God, if you do not believe that the Bible is of a supernatural origin, then I challenge you to a test, I challenge you to go to any library in the world, you can choose any library you like, and find 66 books which match the characteristics of the 66 books in the Bible. You must choose 66 books, written by 40 different authors, over 1,500 years, in 3 different languages, written on 3 different continents. However, they must share a common storyline, a common theme, and a common message, with no historical errors or contradictions." I went on to say, "If you can produce such a collection of books, I will admit that the Bible is not the inspired word of God."
The student's reply was almost instantaneous, he emphatically stated, "But that's impossible!"
It truly is impossible, for any collection of human writings. However, the Bible passes this test. The Bible contains 66 books, written by 40 different authors, over 1,500 years, in 3 different languages, on 3 different continents, with no historical errors or contradictions. The entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, bears the mark of Divine inspiration.
The next time you encounter someone who asks you why you believe the Bible is the inspired word of God, try sharing this challenge with them. Better yet, don't wait until you're asked, just go ahead and share this challenge with a friend today. You don't even have to mention the Bible up front, just ask them if they think it would be realistic to assemble such a collection of books. After they say, "But that's impossible!" you've got a ready-made opportunity for sharing the truth of God's word with somebody!

Overview of Bible History
Preface:
We can't image where God came from. We may know after we die, but there is no point in worrying about that now. No one knows and you will miss God's blessing by procrastination. We have all we need to Believe for now. God knows our Hearts.
The most important thing we can do is to ask God to send His Holy Spirit, as He promised, to dwell in our soul and guide us. Some may need to know more in order to feel their faith has a solid base. Others may accept God's Word and give Faith immediately, but it's important not to wait as we don't know how much time we have. The Bible Gospels gives us all the answers we need to understand and then further study and education about the Bible will solidify our belief so we can share with others. We have Missionaries throughout the world to share the 'Good News' of Salvation to peoples who have not heard.
God also states that He has known use since before we were born and He has created some people who have been Chosen and Called. However, He also says that He desires all people to be Saved and come to Him. We all have the Choice, but He knows that many will refuse to believe and will be lost. God is Love but also an Honest Judge and cannot forgive those that He knows are Lost and purposely Disobedient. God knows our hearts. History shows that He took away those that were evil and lost. The biggest example was the Great Flood. Before that, there were other beings that were evil.
"And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart."_ Genesis 6:5-6
That's not to mean that we won't sin as we are only human and will always sin. The difference is that those that truly love God are repentant and are always working to grow in God's Word. Again God knows our Hearts. There must be a change in our lives.
In the Old Testament times, God commanded that people sacrifice, to show their love and repentance to God. There were many rules listed, but most most prominent was that They were to give their best perfect Lamb (or other animal) as a Burnt Offering: an offering of ascent, where the whole animal was consumed by fire on the altar as a symbol of complete surrender to God.
Jesus wasn't born yet, although He was in Heaven with God, so this was to prepare man for when Jesus came down into the World as God/Man, the Perfect Lamb to bear our sins and be a Sacrifice in place of our own punishment.
The 'Good News' is that, after Jesus came, man no longer has to follow rules and sacrifice on an alter. Jesus took care of that. He became the Perfect Lamb of God Sacrifice. God knows the People of the Old Testament Times, under the Old Covenant, and they were saved by their faith, obedience, and love of God.
Reference to Jesus is in every book of the bible in some example Is Jesus in Every Book of the Bible? [ See Link: 'GotQuestions.org' ]
There is no other Religion or Belief that has the Scientific and Hisorical Proofs. No other religion had a Risen Lord (Jesus Christ) that was seen by over 600 after death. No one has been able to find errors in The Holy Bible (See discussion on this later.) Over 600 years, people have given their whole life goal to proving it wrong and many became Christian Believers after such research. Creation has scientific proof. And to the dismay of many, Evolution does not have this proof, e.g., Macro Evolution vs. Micro Evolution. In fact, every year, more and more writings of Evolutionay Theory have been debunked. Scientists want to hang onto their Belief for many reasons, mostly Income/Career and also for a Political World View. [ See Tab page: Creation vs Evolution ' ]
Bible History:
1.) God, in three persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, has been since the beginning. According to the Bible, Jesus Christ is referred to as the Word of God and God.
John 1 refers to Jesus as the Word. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made."_ John 1:1-3
2.) "The Word (Jesus) became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth."_John 1:14 [See Tab Page: 'The Trinity'].
3.)The Bible says that Jesus Lord God created the Universe and the World and then Animals and Man. (See Tab Pages: "Creation" and Science Shown in Creation".]
4.) God created the Angels in Heaven. One Angel, Lucifer, was the most beautiful and special to God. However, pride took over Lucifer and he wanted to be above God. He took many Angels with him and fell to earth. Now Lucifer is called Satan and The Great Deceiver.
5.) God put the first humans, Adam and Eve in Paradise. He only told them they could eat of everything but not the apples. However, Satan, told Eve that God was a liar and that if she ate of the apple, she would know the ttuth. Eve gave the apple to Adam and he ate of it. This was the first sin of man and God banned them from paradise. He put future punishments upon man (and women) in the future because of this sin and disobedience.
6.) God wrote the Bible through inspiration that He gave to select men who became Disciples and Apostles. We don't need to know how He did this as He made the World and the Universe, so surely He could write the Bible in this way.
7.) The Holy Bible is in two Parts: The Old Testament (Under the Old Covenant of God) which has 39 Books, not including some extra books that Jewish people have in their Torah, and The NewTestament (Under the New Covenant of God) which has 27 Books includint Revelation which reveals the End Times. There are many commentaries on each Bible Book for further explanation. Most Jewish People do not follow the New Testement as they are still waiting for their Savior and many do not accept that Jesus was God. Although the people of Israel are God's Chosen People, He said that he would blind the eyes of the heart for those who were against Him. In the end, God will send Messengers to wittness to all as a last chance. However, there are many Jewish Believers such as Jews for Jesus.
8.) God stated in The Old Testament that Israel and the Jewish People were His chosen people. Jesus was born to a Jewish woman from Nazerth in Isreal. Her name was Mary and she was a Virgin. God sent Angel Gabriel to her to let her know now to be afraid and that she would give birth to The Savior and he should be called Jesus.
"God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth with a message for Mary, who was promised in marriage to Joseph. The angel told Mary that she would have a son, whom she was to name Jesus. The angel said, “He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High God.”
"Mary asked how this could be as she was a virgin. The angel answered, “The Holy Spirit will come on you, and God’s power will rest on you.” He also told Mary that her elderly relative Elizabeth was six months pregnant, for there is nothing that God cannot do. Mary replied, “I am the Lord’s servant”."_(Luke 1:26-38)
9.) The Old Testament gives the Geneoloty/Ancestry line of people, so History is proven, and shows the line of tribes leading to the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem, Israel.
10.) There were many centeries and leaders, events and wars in the Old Testament Times. These are described in detail in the Bible and on this website. ( See Tab Page: "People of the Bible."] Many lessons from God are to be learned from these events and stories.
11.) One of the first big events, after Adam and Eve, was the Globel Flood. God chose Noah and selct family members to build an Ark to specific specification and God sent types of animals in pairs for him to protect. Noah was obedient and God provided. The Ark design has been shown to be perfect to hold up in a flood of this kind. The animals that God sent were likely young and smaller and only types. so not every creature was sent becuase they would evolve to live in certain locations and weather. The was the beginning of the newer Earth and Mankind.
12.) Another big Event was the birth of Moses and the captivity of Israelites in Rome for many years. Moses is considered the most important person in the Jewish and Christian Religion.
13.) Exodus ia a Book which describes, after the 10 plagues, the freeing and escape of the Israelites from Rome and, with Moses as their leader, their 40 years in the desert looking for the Promise Land. God provided Mana for them to eat. God gave Moses miracles to show he was with God such as the striking of a rock for water and the serpent cane.
14.) Moses goes up the mountain and meets God. The Ten Commandments were written by God into Stone. [See Tab Page: ["The Ten Commandments"] In the meantime, the Israelites were disobedient and built false statues to worship. They were punished by not reaching The Promise Land. Only Joshua and were allowed to enter.
15.) The fall ofthe Walls of Jerico was another important event where Joshua believed in God and followed his instructions.
16.) TO BE CONTINUED............

About The Scriptures
By www.GotQuestions.org
It is accurate to say that God wrote the Bible. According to 2 Timothy 3:16, Scripture is “breathed out” by God. Throughout the Bible, it is obvious that God is being quoted: over 400 times in the Bible, we find the words “thus says the Lord” (NKJV). The Bible refers to itself as the Word of God dozens of times (e.g., Psalm 119; Proverbs 30:5; Isaiah 40:8; 55:11; Jeremiah 23:29; John 17:17; Romans 10:17; Ephesians 6:17; Hebrews 4:12). The Bible is said to proceed from the mouth of God (Deuteronomy 8:3; Matthew 4:4).
However, saying that God wrote the Bible does not mean He took pen in hand, grabbed some parchment, and physically wrote the text of Scripture. His “writing” of Scripture was not a physical action on His part. Rather, God’s authorship was accomplished through the process of inspiration, as human writers wrote God’s message.
So, it is also accurate to say that spiritually inspired men of God wrote the Bible. The doctrine of the inspiration of Scripture essentially teaches that God “superintended” the human authors of the Bible so that their individual styles were preserved but the end result was precisely what God wanted. When Matthew, for example, sat down to write an account of Jesus’ ministry, he relied on his memory (he was an eyewitness to the events he recorded) with help from the Holy Spirit (John 14:26), keeping his intended readership in mind (Matthew wrote for a Jewish audience). The result was the Gospel of Matthew—a narrative full of Matthew’s vocabulary, Matthew’s grammar, Matthew’s syntax, and Matthew’s style. Yet it was God’s Word. The Spirit had so guided Matthew’s writing that everything God wanted to say was said, and nothing was included that God did not intend to say.
Peter described the process of inspiration this way: “Prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit” (2 Peter 1:21). The prophet Jeremiah spoke of inspiration almost as a compulsion to write God’s message: “His word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot” (Jeremiah 20:9). There was no escaping it; God wanted to communicate, and so Jeremiah had to write.
Not every book of the Bible specifies who wrote it. For example, the author of the book of Hebrews is unknown. For many books of the Bible, there is simply no way to be certain who the human author is. But that doesn’t change what we are certain about, namely, who the Divine Author is.

A Brief Summary Of The Bible
Text Credited is from: GotQuestions org
As part of His plan of redemption, God called Abraham out of Babylonia into Canaan (about 2000 B.C.). God promised Abraham, his son Isaac, and his grandson Jacob (also called Israel) that He would bless the world through a descendant of theirs. Israel’s family emigrated from Canaan to Egypt, where they grew to be a nation.
About 1400 B.C., God led Israel’s descendants out of Egypt under the direction of Moses and gave them the Promised Land, Canaan, as their own. Through Moses, God gave the people of Israel the Law and made a covenant (testament) with them. If they would remain faithful to God and not follow the idolatry of the surrounding nations, then they would prosper. If they forsook God and followed idols, then God would destroy their nation.
About 400 years later, during the reigns of David and his son Solomon, Israel was solidified into a great and powerful kingdom. God promised David and Solomon that a descendant of theirs would rule as an everlasting king.
After Solomon’s reign, the nation of Israel was divided. The ten tribes to the north were called “Israel,” and they lasted about 200 years before God judged them for their idolatry. Assyria took Israel captive about 721 B.C. The two tribes in the south were called “Judah,” and they lasted a little longer, but eventually they, too, turned from God. Babylon took them captive about 600 B.C.
About 70 years later, God graciously brought a remnant of the captives back into their own land. Jerusalem, the capital, was rebuilt about 444 B.C., and Israel once again established a national identity. Thus, the Old Testament closes.
The New Testament opens about 400 years later with the birth of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem. Jesus was the descendant promised to Abraham and David, the One to fulfill God’s plan to redeem mankind and restore creation. Jesus faithfully completed His work—He died for sin and rose from the dead. The death of Christ is the basis for a new covenant (testament) with the world. All who have faith in Jesus will be saved from sin and live eternally.
After His resurrection, Jesus sent His disciples to spread the news everywhere of His life and His power to save. Jesus’ disciples went in every direction spreading the good news of Jesus and salvation. They traveled through Asia Minor, Greece, and all the Roman Empire. The New Testament closes with a prediction of Jesus’ return to judge the unbelieving world and free creation from the curse.

Who Wrote The Bible
Text Credit is from: GotQuestions org
The books of the Bible were written at different times by different authors over a period of approximately 1,500 years. But that is not to say that it took 1,500 years to write the Bible, only that it took that long for the complete canon of Scripture to be penned as God progressively revealed His Word. The oldest book of the Bible, according to most scholars, is either Genesis or Job, both thought to have been written by Moses and completed around 1400 BC, about 3,400 years ago. The newest book, Revelation, was written around AD 90.
The books of the Bible were not being written continuously. For example, 400 years elapsed between the completion of the last book of the Old Testament, Malachi, and the beginning of the New Testament with the gospel of Matthew. The “400 years of silence” occurred because the Spirit of God did not inspire any Scripture during that time. Although Matthew’s gospel is placed first in the New Testament, it is believed that the first New Testament book written was actually the epistle of James, written in approximately AD 44—49. The entire New Testament was written in about 50 years, from AD 44 to 90 or 95.
It is impossible to know how long it took each author to write his particular book. Moses wrote the first five books of the Old Testament in about 40 years (1445—1405 BC). Does that mean he was continually writing for 40 years? We just don’t know the answer. Paul’s letters to the New Testament churches, especially the shorter ones such as Philemon, may have been written in one sitting. The same can be said of 2 John and 3 John, which are very short letters written to specific individuals.
We do know that each of the Bible’s authors wrote only as much and as long as they were led to do so. Each author wrote at the direction of the Holy Spirit who “breathed out” Scripture to him. Peter explains this process: “Prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit” (2 Peter 1:21; cf. 2 Timothy 3:16).
In Biblical Times, the word was given by Witnesses and spread throughout the world by mouth. - Mark 1. The earliest biblical texts were written on scrolls made from papyrus (a plant-based paper) or parchment (animal skins that had been scraped, burnished, and stitched together). It is very likely that all biblical books were initially written on scrolls. Only in the second or third century C.E. did scribes begin to write on papyrus or parchment that was folded and stitched into a codex, which more closely resembles our modern print book. After the invention of the codex, Christians tended to copy their scriptures into codex form, whereas Jews traditionally continued to copy their scriptures in scroll form.

MANY of the Theories of Evolutionary Belief are being Debunked regularly, yet some Scholars cling to these nonfactual Claims for many Reasons, but Mainly because many college Founders and High ranking Professors do Not want to believe in God. Many Teachers are just Followers and are the Result of our Worldly system of education. Many might be Afraid of Losing their Job if they object. Some Believers even try to Justify evolution by saying that God used Evolution somehow for Creation. That's Not Scientific for many reasons, and Not to mention that it is Denying the Word of God. We Can't pick and choose what we Want to Believe from The Holy Bible. God would Never allow us to be Deceived by His Word! The whole Bible is True! It is meant to be taken Literally, although there are many Stories in Parable form and Examples to help us learn. You can always tell the Difference between a Fact and an Example if you Study. Also, there are No true Contradictions in The Holy Bible, as Some people say, and that is Explained further in Detail in this Website. See Tab Page: [ There Are No True Bible Contradictions ]. You Must Be Born Again
"Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.-- John 3:3-6
"If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? 13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.." -- John 3:12-15

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." -- John 3:16-18

"Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. 17 And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen"-- Matthew 28:16-20
"After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. 2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. 3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves."-- Luke 10:1-3

Jesus Taught the Multitudes
{Jesus said:} " I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 16 A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father." -- John 16:-12-16
"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. 4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know."-- John 14:1-4

"For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 9 For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection. 10 Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction." -- 2 Corinthians 13:8-10
x "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. 18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth." -- John 17:17-19

"That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;" -- Philippians 3:10
"I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father. 14 I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one." -- 1 John 2:13-14
"That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God." -- Ephesians 3:17-19
"That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power," -- Ephesians 1:17-19

Ask And It Shall Be Given You
"And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. 10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. 11 If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?"-- Luke 11:9-13
"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."-- John 14:6
"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: 14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." -- Matthew 7:13-14
"Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? 10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake."-- John 14:8-11
"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it."-- John 14:8-14
